Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed by hand. Our typical processing time is 1–3 business days, but we do try our best to ship orders out the same day or the next business day whenever possible.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days, and high-volume periods may extend processing by 1–2 additional business days.
Preorders
Some items may be offered as preorders. Preorder products are not in stock yet and will ship once they become available.
Estimated ship dates are provided on the product page, but please note:
- Preorder dates are estimates, not guarantees
- Manufacturing or carrier delays may extend these timeframes
- Your payment is charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item
- Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together unless otherwise stated
- If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders
We will always do our best to keep you updated on changes to expected arrival dates. Once a preorder item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship using the following USPS services:
- USPS Ground Advantage (Estimated 2–5 business days once shipped)
- USPS Priority Mail (Estimated 1–3 business days once shipped)
Shipping speeds are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been handed to USPS, transit times, delays, or rerouting are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the USPS system.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Packages marked “Delivered" by USPS but not received
- Delays due to weather, staffing shortages, or USPS routing errors
- Packages lost or delayed by USPS in transit
If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number:

However, we will do everything we can to support you in opening a claim.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
We are not able to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
If the order has not shipped yet, we will try our best to update it.
Returns Due to Undeliverable Address
If USPS returns a package to us as “undeliverable,” we will contact you.
Customers are responsible for paying reshipment costs.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
